PRODUCTION, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Production times

Production: 2-3 weeks (although we always strive to ship orders out just as soon as possible and will ship sooner if we can).  

Rush orders: Please make contact for rush orders before placing your order.  Your order is rush if your wedding is less than 4 weeks.  We will try to accommodate your order if we can and at no extra cost.

Shipping

SHIPPING TIMES
UK: 2 working days
Mainland Europe: 5-7 days
Rest of the World: 7-10 working days

SHIPPING METHOD
All orders will be sent through the Royal Mail's tracking service.  This delivery service includes end-to-end tracking, so we can locate where the parcel is in the delivery chain at any time. We will assist with helping to locate your item within the delivery chain and if your item does get lost in the post without delivery then we will take responsibility for this and either issue you send you a new item free of charge or issue you a refund.

Delivery charges are based on your order and location:

United Kingdom (including Isle of Man & Northern Ireland): £4:40

International: £12:45

Taxes and Duties

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (outside of UK) - Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. You may be charged these additional fees at the time of delivery, and should confirm your country's tax rates if you have questions about potential additional fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

DESCRIPTIONS OF ITEMS
We have tried our best to describe all items thoroughly and accurately in our listings, and all sales are final. If you have any doubt about color, size, or actual appearance, we would recommend ordering a sample pack. We would also be happy to answer any queries that you may have related to our products before you purchase. 

REFUNDS
We recognise that your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life and that you will want everything to be perfect. Therefore, if you are not 100% happy with your item you can return it to us in its original condition and receive a refund.

You have the right to cancel your contract within 28 days of receipt of the goods. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 28 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 28 day period. To do so, simply email info@pelicanrosebride.com

Please return the item within 28 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 28 days of receipt of the goods).  We will issue you with a refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping costs).  All goods are shipped from our studio in Surrey (United Kingdom) and any returns will need to be sent back to this same location.

DAMAGED GOODS
We are very careful to package your order in tissue and a sturdy box, however, some of the veils are delicate items. If you do receive an item that is damaged, please contact us so that we can work with you to resolve any issues.
